An empowering group for Queer, trans, and nonbinary adults struggling with anxiety, dread, and fear of the unknown during times of political stress. Group will consist of therapist facilitating strength based psychoeducation while also making space for you to connect and share feelings and experiences with others.  By the end of the group,  You will learn to feel safer in your body through grounding, regulation, and connection.

If you struggle with anxiety and depression in regards to political uncertainty as evidenced by doom scrolling, isolating, worry and rumination, dread, and dsyregulation (Sleep, eating, maladaptive coping skills- this group can support you

When: Wednesdays 5:30pm-7:00pm

What: Learn tools for navigating stress and overwhelm while also connecting to overs

​

Cost: $325.  Price includes 6 sessions ($55 each). Each session has a 1 hour of support and 30 minutes of psychoeducational information about self-regulation.
